      Can't believe this people. I have been waiting for 2 months now. Last update was 14 December. No answer on email or whatsapp. Was lucky enough to have my call been answered on 19 December. They told me my package was at Preroria DC, I was told I can go and pick it up, waited 7 hours in the heat, left empty handed. Pathetic service. Not even worth one star.

      You actually get 0 zero! It is now almost a month AFTER the expected fate of delivery and still no parcel, still no Christmas gifts, perhaps I will get it before Christmas 2023?

      I got my order prior the estimated delivery. I ordered on the 1st of January and they arrived today, super happy

      Terrible poor Service. Its been 6 weeks and I still haven't received my parcel. When I call to track I wait 10 minutes in line, and when its my turn, they hangup on me. There is not service management or customer service at all!!

      Baffalo, I received an email to say that my parcel was dispatched in the morning and now I am receiving an email to say that the delivery was unsuccessful due to incorrect information? Nobody contacted me and no courier service was assigned to my parcel to know exactly who to contact with this information which is false. The last time I ordered I got assigned fast way which I was able to track and follow up on. Please STOP saying that we did not provide information while us as clients are still WAITING ON INFORMATION FROM YOU. POOOOOOORRRRR SERVICE, please arrange my delivery. everything has been paid for and feel free to contact me at anytime and please do stop giving false information to Shein as if as customers we have been updated.

      Can't believe Buffalos incompetence. Worst service I have ever encountered. Ordered 14 November, paid taxes 19 November. Still waiting...it is unbelievable...

      Last week buffalo whatsapped me to confirm my delivery address and contacts details of which I did and today they the nerve to send me an email saying saying they returned my parcels of which I have to pay another delivery fee for them to rearrange delivery,I mean what the hell,,,,um surprised when they need money they sms me they whatsapp me even email me but when the parcel is on the way no one bother to call or sms or whatsapp or even email,,buffalo scam
