I ordered on the on the 8th of December, they split my parcel in two, the one parcel I have no idea where it is and the other I received on the 04 of Jan, how can I see where my package is as there is no one answering the phone????? Very bad service!!!!

I’m so disappointed I placed my order before the 16th of December last year, still today I haven’t received my parcel and there is no communication whatsoever from them. I rate them 0/10 for poor service and lack of communication
Sometimes they take longer but the service and friendlynes of the drivers make up for it. Well done Buffalo
I placed my order on 16 Dec 2022, and still have not received my package yet. It now shows Misrouted when I track it. So what am I suppose to do now or do stil wait on it

I ordered my parcel on the 15th on November was supposed to receive it on the 5th of December I am still waiting even now when I try to call there's no answer at all honestly I have never experienced such bad customer service in my life and no communication whatsoever clearly stating that they don't care about how customers feel
