      I should have received my package on 28 NOVEMBER , still waiting. No answer on calls, mails or whatsapp. Pathetic service. Last update was 14 December.

      Zero Stars. Pathetic service. Package was sent to the wrong suburb (2 previous occasions as well). Still waiting for it for a week. Send numerous emails - same automated response. WhatsApp messages result in the same automated messages. Call centre is a joke - all the time you are caller 70 with a waiting period in excess of 55 minutes.

      I went outside to collect my package after being called by personal on premises and the courier was GONE!!! This is the most terrible courier service I have EVER come across!!!! Best is there is NO way to contact them!! Customer Service has a holding time of 1 hour!! SHEIN PLEASE GET A DIFFRENT COURIER OR YOU WILL LOSE CLIENTS!!!!!

      Received my order 1 out of 3 which was suppose to have been delivered in December, although i understand the pressure they faced in December i am very much disappointed with the professionalism of buffallo. they never answer calls and emails, lying on the tracking its ridiculous shein should do better than this shitty company or risking loosing south african orders
