My parcel has been with Buffalo on the 29th November 2022 even now, I spend R2600 to buy those things and still haven't received anything, my kids ddnt even have anything to wear on holidays because they did not deliver, useless indeed
Buffalo doesn't even deserve a star, if they are tired they should just close the company and stop working with shein or other companies coz they are useless
This is not fair to us, my kids ddnt even have clothes to wear this December, buffalo doesn't care about us at all

The service Buffalo is giving to its customers its like they are doing us favor.they don't communicate with us at all they just delay our packages.i wish shein could see how customers are not happy and change partnership with buffalo
Well I received my parcels eventualy. I was not happy with the service. And after requesting many tickets they turned me to fastway couriers that eventualy deliverd after more than a month. Now I know never to order in December. The last order came within a week which was just before christmas with buffalo. I think that most people orders at the end of November to get presents in time but still they have no excuse. Hope you get yours!
Useless courier services,I called the call centre now amd they told me they need to investigate why the driver hasn't been delivering...guessing my stuff is stolen or he got hijacked. So disappointed.

I’m going on my honeymoon with no swimwear, Buffalo doesn’t care about it’s customers because it’s been a while since they have been having high volumes of complaints but still never bothered to find a solution to fix this issue. I say we boycott and get them out of business
