      If your tracking information was updated to transit to third party or out on delivery try and contact all the courier companies that buffalo logistics works with. Especially skynet. I ordered on the 11th of december and paid tax on the 18 was supposed to receive my parcel on the 30th-2 of december haven't received it yet. But it's been uptading to out on delivery But yet not delivered..i was called by Skynet couriers and they told me my parcel has been with them for a while and they promised to deliver today.

      For those who haven't received their parcels don't loose hope you will get them I ordered my on 16 November I just received yesterday

      Ordered on the 9th of December .. the tracking on shein reads delivered but haven't received anything ... since then I've been trying to get a hold of the logistics company ... no response ... this is all just a ridicule and an emotional on its own ...all becoz of poor poor service

      Ordered 15 November. Paid taxes 19 November. Package arrived at Buffalo warehouse 1 December. Last update 14 December. No answer on phone, email or whatsapp. Waited 7 hours in the sun at warehouse trying to collect my package, left empty handed. Pathetic service. Get your ducks in a row please it can't be that difficult.

      Bad service...waiting for order from the 12 December 2022 and still nothing...first they give my package to the wrong delivery guy and then i phone to collect. As soon as I got there no one was at the office and over the phone call they said they will be open the entire day. I DON'T KNOW HOW YOU STILL GETTING BUSINESS WITH BAD REVIEWS.

      Buffalo has a shiitty service, all of us who ordered in December did not receive our items, they are saying attempted delivery how??? Now its going to the third party which third party

      Very poor service, first time experiencing such delay am so disappointed i ordered on the 4th of December was supposed to receive my parcel on the 21st until today. Now am told my parcel is being send back, who knows what for am so Frustrated RN
