      I placed my order on the 25th November and delivery date was 13 December till this day i have not received anything...at 1st it was a delay and Buffalo logistic which was so frustrating because after so much calls and emails i did not get any response the last week i get an email that Fastway courier picked up my order yet still no delivery. I called yesterday and they promised i would get delivery today ive been waiting whole day i called now again and was given a driver contact number when i called i spoke to Randel and was told that he is not the driver doing my area but the driver that is doing that area had a breakdown this morning and is at the police station whats weird about that is that the office does not know about it and the Driver that has my order is not answering his fone. Im disgusted in this whole experience!!!

      I'm pissed not a delivery guy falsely says He tried delivering and I was not there yet I'm home. Bad service Buffalo BAD!!!!! SERVICEEEE!!!!!

      My order was supposed to be delivered today but I had to deal with a very rude delivery person by the name of Stanton Munsamy, he called me, I missed the call, I called him back, he didn't answer, he only answered when I called from a landline number, he said he will not come back, I will probably get my order some other time, what a rude man!!! He said he has left my area, within 7min of returning his call, he was acting as if he's doing me a favor.

      I am disappointed and frustrated that I have been waiting for my delivery since mid December, it is now the 4th of January 2023 and I’m still waiting.

      I received my parcel today after a month and 4 days , contact this number 0870953451. Also apperently some delivery guy was being investigated cause he did not do all his deliveries, that is what happened to me, yours could be the same.

      I m very disappointed l won't advise anyone to buy at shien as long as they are using Buffalo since November 27 22 till now

      To all people whom i was in a same situation with, be rest assured guys you'll receive ur parcel.. They are really trying their best to deliver i just received mine today around 10 am since i order on 01 December 2022...       I am so frustrated and disappointed with your service. I'm still waiting for my order, my kids didn't have Christmas, New years clothes because i have been waiting for you to come to party. Can I have my order now, it the 4th of January 2023, still no waiting...

      This company buffalo is taking people for fools can you deliver our parcels you useless people you cant even talk to someone on the number 010 593 4710 it goes to a IVR and says messages are full cant be taken, you people are crooks
