    Worst service ever I have been waiting for my order since November n when u call the call center u wait for an hour long then they don't pick up nonsense service this one

    First time I ordered from Shein got my order with in two weeks as test. Now I've made a big order, placed the order on the 26November2022 and still have not receive my order, when I track it I see it was out on delivery on the 3 but there was no communication that I received no phone call, no SMS no email. Now I have to call baffalo and follow up all over again try to get my order delivered to me, If Shein was my company I would consider a different shipping partner. Buffalo is unreliable period. Good Luck!!!!
