      I ordered my Shein package the 30th Nov. Estimated delivery was the 16th-17th Dec. I received my package the 31st. Thank you Buffalo.

      My order was last updated on the 27 of December. However, when I checked again, that update had disappeared. It now went back to the update of the 24th when order arrived in South Africa. What's going on? Why did it revert back to an earlier update?

      My order was on "transit to third party express" since 16 December 2022. On 2 January 2023, the parcel is returned to Buffalo Warehouse. How? How, when there was no delivery or contact made with me? Niyandinyela nina ngoku.

      I’ve been complaining to shein because I should have eventually received my other on the 16th December, eventually I asked for a refund and they said it was successful now this clowns email me today to tell me my package is with Skynet and gave me a tracking number, when tracking is says cosignee not available …now i don’t know if I should expect my refund or a parcel that I’ll never get, incompetence on another level

      Y’all claim to have tried to deliver my item and I haven’t received any call, not even a text. I’ve been waiting for my order since the first week of November and now y’all send this useless message. Your service is absolutely appalling!!!
