      First time I ordered from Shein got my order with in two weeks as test. Now I've made a big order, placed the order on the 26November2022 and still have not receive my order, when I track it I see it was out on delivery on the 3 but there was no communication that I received no phone call, no SMS no email. Now I have to call baffalo and follow up all over again try to get my order delivered to me, If Shein was my company I would consider a different shipping partner. Buffalo is unreliable period. Good Luck!!!!

      I ordered my Shein package the 30th Nov. Estimated delivery was the 16th-17th Dec. I received my package the 31st. Thank you Buffalo.

      My order was last updated on the 27 of December. However, when I checked again, that update had disappeared. It now went back to the update of the 24th when order arrived in South Africa. What's going on? Why did it revert back to an earlier update?

      My order was on "transit to third party express" since 16 December 2022. On 2 January 2023, the parcel is returned to Buffalo Warehouse. How? How, when there was no delivery or contact made with me? Niyandinyela nina ngoku.

      What a bad service,no communication at all.when they actual call and come ,the guy told me he doesn't have my parcel ..yoh this company is a joke .n we pay tax for delivery

      I was supposed to get my order 1st week of December, I had to buy clothes for kids again just before Christmas, I wonder when will I get my kids clothes, after paying so much, imagine I had to buy twice, I give you -1 you clowns
