    What a shitty service. This is so unprofessional and highly unacceptable. I place my order on the 25th of NOVEMBER IMAGINE!!! the estimated was 12th- 14th of December until this day I have not received my parcel.

    Worst Company ever. No wonder most chinese retailers use them to courier. Companies have agreements with them. Advise is that when you place your next order make sure that the company is not using buffalo logisitcs

    useless use less use less struggling to get my parcel since order placed 25/11/2022 don't even think to use them as couriers, they are not even worth one star

    shit shit my children never got their clothes ordered since the 01/12/22 even now no communication provided, people from my work place who ordered after me got their parcels , WHERE IS MY PARCEL BEFORE THE END OF THE WEEK I NEED FEEDBACK OR I WANT MY MONEY BACK

    I ordered on 12 December then estimated date was 31 December to 01 January, then buffalo courier transfered my parcel to skynet. I got my parcel on the estimated date thanks alot

    It was a long wait but finally got my parcel that I ordered on the 22nd of November and another one on the 08th of December. Thank you Buffalo.
