      I am disappointed and disgusted as my parcel was supposed to be delivered in 2nd week of December but did not receive it to date No updates on the tracking numbers Very poor delivery service Don't know who to contact as there is no response on their telephone lines. One of the worst courier companies. Yet I received packages that was ordered at a later date but had no delivery issues with Aramax Just so upset

      I will never order from Shein ever again for as long as they are using Buffalo. I was supposed to get my parcel on the 1st week of December 2022. My parcel was dispatch last week and then returned to the warehouse again, I have no idea why. I have been waiting. Buffalo is thee worst logistics company ever. My plans were ruined in December because of Buffalo.

      Bullshit of a company. My order was supposed to get to me on rthe 1st of December 2022. All they do is tell u it will get delivered in 7days. How many 7days should pass before I get my package?

      My parcel was suppose to have arrived in October 2022 but till now there's nothing. The call centre cannot give a proper explanation. My customer's are very furious about this. I'm really disappointed.

      Nobody in this organisation communicates with you. My parcel is several weeks outstanding one has absolutely no idea whether you should ask to be reimbursed and loose a lot of money in the process or wait. Very dissapointed, you have spoilt many people's Christmas!!

      First time ordering with shein and I regret it,I was supposed to get my order in November 28 the latest now it's 03 January and am still waiting
