My order has been stuck at the Johannesburg Buffalo offices since the 27 of December. There hasn't been any movement since then. And right now I don't know what to expect. I've even pressed the "urging despatch" option, yet nothing. I'm honestly disappointed. At this point, I'm even doubting if I'll ever receive my parcel.
Thank you buffalo logistics. Received my parcel right in between the estimated time. To everyone waiting for thir parcel, once you see you parcel is stuck, I'd advice you to click the "urging dispatch" button on the Shein app under your order. Don't wait until the the estimated time has passed. Packages get lost due to high volume and limited stuff and I believe the company is trying hard to keep up despite all odds. I pray you guys get your orders too eventually.
Absolutely horrible service. They claim to have delivered my package despite the fact I was at home and no package arrived. Never answer their calls and their email support just sends out automated responses so I can't even follow up. One of the worst courier services I have ever dealt with. (Also sorry for previous 5 star review, phone wobbled and sent it before I downgraded. Would give it zero stars if I could)

Very disappointed with Buffalo service delivery and as well their customer service. Shein change your courier as they are doing damage to your business
I am extremely disappointed with Buffalo Logistics, I have been given the run around by a driver who is supposed to have delivered my parcel yesterday…. This was already delayed as i was meant to have received it on the 19th December. He keeps saying he is coming and he does not pitch. It’s disgusting service
I have ordered twice through Shein with no issues and the delivery arrived before time. Now with my third delivery i am having issues with BUFFALO Logistics and their lack of communication or service. I got an email from Shein telling me that Buffalo has attempted delivery but i never recieved communication or anything to prove that they sent my delivery and i was never home to recieve it. Emailed buffalo asking them to allow us to come collect the items since we are 15km from their warehouse they never replied the email.
Appalling service .Waited 5 weeks for my order ,some of the items were soaking wet /damp. 1 item even had mould and was soaking wet.Another item had yellow stains.
