I've had no problem with Buffalo logistics so far. I keep my orders small, pay my customs/duty promplty and track my package until the courier drops it off.
They are scammers just like the Company where my parcel comes from .... Claimed they delivered 29 December 2022 but the tracking shows NO NAME... NO SIGNATURE at after 22H33???? Really??? - they do not answer the SO CALLED CUSTOMER LINE PROVIDED
Please contact me to open a case of theft against these thieves!
This is no logistics company. Bunch of unprofessional hooligans. They make me wait 25minutes on a call to tell me they don't know where my parcel is! While they keep sending "client recieved" email
Terrible on every level.
I am EXTREMELY disappointed, called BUFFALO and i was told that the parcel is no longer in their hands but with the third party, and will be deliverd within 1 to 2 weeks in Jan 2023, WOW, so i must go buy more clothes for my kids now mxm...I will Never Ever use these guys again. They won't even tell me who is this third party so i can go fetch my items myself...they don't deserve a star shame, i ordered these items ages ago.

My parcel was supposed to be delivered between 18th and 20th of December 2022. The tracking system says that I signed for it on a public holiday at 05:50am but that in fact never happened. I went to the Durban warehouse and managed to get the contact number for one of the guys in charge of the drivers in Durban and after a week of MANY phone calls he confirmed that my parcel was lost. I really think that we should get together and take this further - they can't get away with ruining so many peoples Xmas.
