      I was supposed to get my package between the 16th and 19th of December, but I didn’t, I am still waiting for my Shein package. It keeps saying that my package will be delivered between 3-5 days but it has been two weeks. I am definitely not happy about it and especially with Buffalo, they are neglegent with their service. This will really cause that I will never buy from Shein again. I paid so much money and yet I don’t get good service at all. I didn’t mean to give 5 stars, I am giving them one.

      What is up with this representative that is at ext. 100 that we all are transferred to. is this the only extension that you guys have? the least you guys can do is answer our calls as we are also wasting money to call you guys and we get voice mail.

      Good day, I received email that one parcel was handed over to FastRun on the 20th, then back to Buffalo, now still none of my 2 parcels received. Phone service POOR, and no response to email. ALL I ASK FOR is for my packages to be delivered. We all pay good and honest money for a service.

      My delivery date is 28-30th December but when i call in all i get is rude service, i ask for the supervisor but i get transferred to a dead extension . The agents keep telling me that they are awaiting a driver to be appointed which is from the 22-12-2022. Can anyone from buffalo explain to me when can i receive my order . This service is most pathetic , I hope SHIEN chooses a different company to deal with as this is unacceptable.

      I'm really disappointed and I doubt that I'll still purchase from shein because of Buffalo. I've ordered on the 30th of Nov and was supposed to receive my order between 16th and 18th this month but still nothing. When I track it, it shows that it's received at JHB warehouse. Last week I received their notification apologizing for the delay and it will only delay for 3-5 days and I thought I'll receive it during this week but still nothing. Will I ever receive my parcel though? After the huge amount I paid as well as the customs fee. I'm so hurt and disappointed

      My parcel appears as "client received and signed" where is my parcel I'm really angry at this point because I paid a lot of money for then to deliver it to another person and it says it was delivered at 14:30 give me my parcel

      I don't know what the fuck is happening with this courier services been waiting for my parcel for more than 15 days the year is coming to an end and still no communication or receiving of my parcel even when I try to call so I can get address so I can fetch it the calls are not being answered honestly this is dann annoying now can I have my parcels buffalo or can shein just refund back our money and take their stuff
