    Pathetic service indeed, my order status shows that it has been in transit to third party express for the past four days now, till now no delivery, nothing.

    Buffalo has poor service , the staff are really not helpful and don’t care to communicate. Staff is very slow. My order has been delayed and no assistance from the Centurion warehouse staff. Was standing for more than 8 hours and still didn’t get my parcel. Shein needs to stop doing business with buffalo.

    I can not believe how useless this company is and to make an excuse that they need to protect themselves but they make a living of us and they don't have our best interest They need to seriously jack up!
